NexaEagle operates on a transparent milestone-based delivery structure. Work begins only after sprint objectives, wireframes, or architecture specifications are signed off. Clients inspect and approve deliverables at each stage prior to milestone release.
- Before Sprint Commencement: If an engagement is cancelled by the client before sprint kickoff, any deposit less direct setup or licensing expenses will be refunded in full.
- During Active Sprints: Once sprint development has commenced, fees corresponding to completed hours and delivered code milestones are non-refundable. Any remaining unallocated retainer balance will be promptly returned.
Every engineering package includes a dedicated 14 to 30-day post-launch warranty period during which any software bugs or inconsistencies matching the approved scope will be resolved at zero additional charge.
